The Crushers wrapped up pool play in the morning with a 12-7 victory over Cosumnes Oaks-Elk Grove. After the Wolfpack took a 4-0 lead in the top of the first inning, Kacie Burnett opened the bottom half with a walk, stole second base and scored on a single by Sydni Scott to put Vintage on the board.
Cosumnes Oaks went up 6-1 in the top of the second, but the Crushers answered with four runs in their half of the frame. Maddy Bridges and Ashley Vogen opened with singles. Freshman Emily Baumbach followed with her first hit as a high school player, driving in Bridges, and Kacie Burnett singled in Vogen.Technologies exist to activate the microphones and cheap wireless spy cameras on cell phones.
